Apple Repairs & Sale

We are an Apple Authorised service provider offering STATEWIDE repairs and sales through our Hobart workshop.

If you're located in Launceston, or anywhere in the North or North West our friendly team in our Launceston office would be happy to assist you.

With highly qualified and experienced technicians. We use Apple diagnostic systems and resources to troubleshoot and resolve any issue with your Apple device. All parts used are genuine Apple parts. All work completed retain the Apple warranty, except for Out of Warranty Repairs.

All iPhones are repaired or replaced through Apples Mail-In Service. IRIS will assess your device and send it away for your hardware issue to be resolved at directly with Apple. IRIS hold some iPhone parts, so some repairs can be completed in our own Hobart workshop.

If your Apple iPad, iMac or MacBook can’t be repaired or is no longer cost effective to repair? IRIS is an Apple Authorised Reseller. IRIS can work with you on Supplying & Configuring a replacement to suit your needs!

    No Reservations Required. Just bring your faulty or damaged Apple device to us without any reservations required.

  • Is my Apple device under warranty?

    You can use the Apple's Service and Support Checker here To determine your devices warranty status. Please note that accidental damage will void your Apple warranty.

  • Things to do before you come in?

    If possible, please backup your iPhone/iPad via iTunes or your Mac via Time Machine before bringing it in, and disable Find My iPhone.
